Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Functional Analyst Dutch Speaking
functional analyst senior Competence Center CRM
You will participate in the "Corporate Customer Relationship Management program.
The CCRM program creates the attitude and the resources within each of our business
the needs of customers better understand and appreciate with a relevant offer which
the Back End services will be developed. This should contribute to a more sustainable relationship between the customer and the brand.
Your task will consist of:
You will on the one hand, through workshops, the needs of our business partners mapping compared to the as-is
(Mainly web applications) and this especially to functionalities and less for data needs.
On the other hand you will document the requirements around new Back End services/applications and designing
allowing these applications to be used easily and efficiently.
Desired profile:
you speak and speak Dutch very well and in addition also speaks fluent English
you have at least 8 years experience as functional analyst in major projects (use cases describe functional integrations, etc ...)
Place of employment: Deinze (3 days/week) and Halle (2 days/week)
