On behalf of our client we are looking urgently for an IBM TDM Optim Specialist with below competencies and responsibilities:
18 month contract.
Description:
BIG Danish bank in Denmark is looking for an IBM TDM Optim Specialist for work in Copenhagen with start ASAP and expected end 31.12.2017. This is a 100% workload on-site assignment.
The candidate must be an IBM TDM Optim Specialist with minimum 5 years of experience with deep knowledge and hands on experience in working with OPTIM on Mainframe (z/OS) for ETL purpose.
This includes:
Understanding of the functionality and purpose of Optim object definitions (ADs, Relations, Table Maps, Column Maps etc.) and how they are created using OPTIM TSO interface
Understanding of DB2, DL1 and ADABAS defined relations and how Optim uses them
Understanding of running the various batch jobs (JCL) that is involved in creating extracts
Knowledge of the following is also a must:
Programming languages:
Cobol and PL/1
Environments & Tools:
Z/OS, IMS, CICS, DB2
Languages:
Danish, English
Beside the above, the candidate must have a broad and extensive experience with test strategy, technical testing, test infrastructure and test data management.
Industry knowledge from the banking environment/financial world is preferred.
