Description
For one of the European Institutions based in Brussels, we are looking for a User Application Support.
(It is a long term, Full time contract. Please note that the function is not open to remote work.)
Core tasks:
- User guidance and support regarding the use of applications
- Registration of the issues and solving the problems, using available information/documentation or transfer to the next level support or development teams.
- Conception and organization of user documentation for information systems
- Update of wiki sites, collaborative sites or social networks
- Participation in user, service and project meetings
Profile:
- Proven knowledge in end user assistance or support of information systems
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT or similar function
- Experienced with a ticketing system
- Knowledge of Wiki, collaborative sites and social networks
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
- Knowledge of French will be an asset
- Ability to work in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting, capability and experience in working in team
- Excellent communication/writing skills
