Position Title: Converged Data Senior Solution Manager

Responsibilities:

Responsible for converged data sales and marketing strategies; business model development and analysis.
Participation in strategic projects, including the development of the overall project strategy.

Policy enforcement and customer communication before the bidding and after the bidding.

As a core group member, participate in new product solutions.

Responsible for writing solutions sales development materials and sales training; summarize and share sales methods, strategies.
-
Develop sales guides of specific areas; develop RFP guide.

Sales training for the front-line product managers, including strategy, case summary, experience sharing.

Analyze the customer needs, based on product characteristics and competitive situations with understanding of the customer network, combined with the development of customer demands.

C level interfacing, E2E solution development.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
-
10+ years of experience in the telecom domain, outstanding industry practice.

Expert in core network domain, including HLR/HSS/AAA/PCRF/Charging/MBB/IT/Database; deep understanding of the evolution trend of SDM/UDC field.

Proficient in operator data service network construction, planning, offering design, pricing and other fields.

Experience in network consulting, business consulting, business plan and business models design.

Self driven, innovative and enthusiastic, with a strong sense of teamwork, communication, organization and coordination.

Skillfully use all kinds of effective negotiation strategies and skills.

Operators mobile data planning and design, preferably from consulting companies like Amdocs, Accenture; and/or core network, billing product-related work experience from Ericsson, NSN, Alcatel-Lucent, HP.

Fluent English; presentation ability, dialogue with C-Level customer.
