A new opportunity for a Senior business analyst has arisen!
To apply for this role you will need the following essential skills:
- University degree in IT or another technical domain or comparable qualification is required
- Minimum 4 years of practical business experience and at least 2 years of technical (business analysis) experience
As a senior business analyst you will need to demonstrate knowledge in:
- BPM Solutions, including enterprise architecture, information architecture, internal controls of operational risk, etc
- Public procurement process and rules
You will need to demonstrate competence in:
- Business Analysis
- Business Process Modeling
- Gathering and consolidating end user requirements
- Performing market surveys/analysis
Your daily tasks/activities will include:
- Review the current BPM solution
- Meet and interview stakeholders for their input (Corporate Services, Finance, Transaction Management and Restructuring, Operations, Financial Control, Risk Management), using the current high level analysis from the BPM team as a basis
- Develop the Functional Requirements for the future solution, including elements such as:
* BPMN version and required functionalities
* User reporting and querying
* Operational risk management in the BPM context
* Interoperability
- Develop Non-functional requirements:
* Accessibility
* Usability
* Availability/Security
* Compliance
* Back-Up
* Performance
* Scalability
* Technical constraints, etc.
- Analyse the market place for potential solutions meeting the institution's requirements
- Organize demonstrations of tools highlighted during the market analysis
- In collaboration with a Project Manager, contribute to the creation of:
* The draft Business Case/Project Charter
* Terms of Reference for a call for tenders process
