Communication & Engagement Coordinator - West London - 6 Month Contract

I'm currently looking for an experienced Communication & Engagement Coordinator to work for a FTSE100 company based in West London.

The Communication & Engagement Coordinator will work with Resource Manager to bring messages from the Global ERP leadership to a wider audience across the business unit, connecting them to employees and co-workers and leading improvements which will have a positive impact on the organisation's people.

The responsibilities of the Communication & Engagement Coordinator are as follows;
* Develop, deliver and evaluate internal engagement and communication strategies, plans, activities and campaigns.
* Establish and manage a framework to ensure that Global ERP internal engagement activities are appropriately prioritized and resourced.
* Day-to-day management and development of Global ERP's internal communication channels
* Create compelling messages and branding that engages leaders and colleagues
* Participate where appropriate in the organisations internal communications network to co-ordinate activity and share best practice.
* Ensure that relevant company policies on editorial standards, diversity, health and safety and people and financial management are met.

Successful candidates for the Communication & Engagement Coordinator role will need the following experience;
* Substantial experience in Engagement and internal communications
* Understanding relationship management, effective networking and collaborative ways of working
* Event management experience
* Previous experience of SAP Global implementation will be beneficial
* Previous experience and hands-on use of SharePoint useful
