For a 6 months project at our banking clients' site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

IT Business Analyst - Securities Lending Applications (3829)

You will write IT specifications of change requests for "Securities Lending" applications in the area of Investment Banking IT. Ideally you offer a good technical understanding, especially of Java paired with experience working with business requests.

Your experience and skills:
  • Experience applying business analysis techniques within banking projects
  • Recent experience within the Securities Lending space
  • Technically savvy with and appreciation for Java capabilities
  • Experience working with business change requests
  • The ability to interpret a set of technical requirements
  • An understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
  • Passionate about supporting the development of IT systems and applications
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills (IT & Business side)


Your role:
  • Determine required IT business solutions and assist in implementing them
  • Conduct requirements-gathering activities, like evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data and conducting stakeholder interviews
  • Support the business engineer by describing the business processes, including the organizational structures involved
  • Assist in quality control and project management
  • Identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
