Description

Role:

In this position, you will main tasks and responsibilities:

* Level 2 Support for Office 365
* Administration of Office 365
* Problem Management
* Provide Documentation and knowledge Articles

Skills:

* Engineer (bac + 4 + 5) or equivalent, minimum of 3 years experience in Messaging platforms in an international context
* Office 365 skills is mandatory.
* ITIL

Profile:

* Good communication and interpersonal skills required
* Highly Autonomous
* Customer Focus
* Experience in international project required

Language:

* English and French mandatory

Technical and business knowledge: good command of English, ITIL processes, SQL and VB foundations. Financial language and accounting vocabulary will be appreciated
