Analyst-Payments
We are seeking an Analyst-Payments with strong experience of Payments, DB2 and IBM Cobol. The initial contract runs until December 2016 and you will be working for a leading Financial Services organisation based in Bootle.
Role Overview:
You will be part of CSA payments team operating from Bootle, solving incidents and issues relating to Domestic Payments in Partenon environment on both Corporate and Retail platforms.
Additional Information Need to work on-call out of normal office hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Incident resolution. Providing advice to business representatives as to the operation of Domestic payments applications.
- Progressing and updating incident, support and problem tickets in Remedy system.
