The Job:
Communications lead - Channels and content, B2B and internal communications around IT
Job Details:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, highly skilled communications team working on all aspects of internal and external communications. My client is aiming to create a step-change in the way the IT function engages and communicates, within IT, to the wider organisation, and to external audiences through targeted speaker opportunities, awards and coverage.
Responsibilities:
*You'll ensure that all content activities are aligned to the IT and wider strategy and communication goals.
*You will be bringing the IT story to life; connecting with internal and external audiences and building online communities
Key Skills and Experience:
*You will be an experienced and passionate communications professional
*You will have experience of B2B and internal Communications
*You will have a background in journalism and a natural ability for content and digital/social media.
*You will have excellent writing and editing skills
*You will have experience of developing engaging content on complex topics, in business (not technical) language, through copy, video and imagery.
*You are a great communicator, a supportive team player and you are super-organised, efficient and good at prioritising.
Additional information:
The position will predominately be based in Warwickshire but there maybe the need to travel to other sites as necessary.
