User Experience Researcher wanted for our Zurich based client.Your tasks:
- Planning and conducting user studies to balance the usability of new and existing features
- Determining and evaluating features that contribute to user experience
- Performing research, identify product and customer requirements and evaluate the user experience
- Recommend concrete, data-driven changes based on your findings
- Communicate and share knowledge with team members throughout the process
Your experience/skills:
- Depth and breadth of research methods knowledge
- In-depth research knowledge
- Applied experience in the field
- Strong Quantitive skills
- A systematic approach to research
- Several years´ experience conducting user research with proven analytical skills
- MS, or PhD program in human computer interaction, cognitive psychology, information science or a related field
- Profound knowledge of web design principles
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams
- A strong technical background is a plus
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
