Description:
We are looking for a functional analyst whose background in is E-commerce products. Will liaison between functional teams and the technical analyst. Manage and maintain product backlog. Identify Business User Stories and Acceptance Criteria. Plan and manage UAT. Track and manage product defects for resolution. Plan and prepare the functional areas for the new or modified solution.
Required Experience:
- 5 years as a Product BA working with project stakeholders to define and validate goals and objectives to build an enterprise solution; helping to define project requirements of the system before they engage IT; develop business requirements and work with IT to turn them into technical requirements
- Implementing data reporting strategy
- SDLC, Agile, diagraming, Visio, SharePoint, Excel, TFS, PowerPoint
- Validating product scope
- Assessing impacted business functions and stakeholder groups
- Detailing the product requirements and build the Product Log/User Stories
- Developing business readiness plan to prepare functional teams for the new or modified solution
- Navigating different applications from interconnecting applications; communicate across applications from multiple different portals
