An International Asset Manager, is looking for an experienced UAT Test Analyst to join their growing team in Kent.
About the UAT Test Analyst Role:
In this business critical UAT Test Analyst position based in Kent, you will be required to conduct User Acceptance Testing for the brokerage work stream of their Investment Platform project. This role will report into the work stream Test Lead. Key accountabilities including ensuring the brokerage proposition satisfies business requirements and suitable for purpose. You will be working with the Test Lead, Test Manager, Project Managers, BA's, systems and operational SME's to plan, script and execute user acceptance testing that will ensure functionality tested is suitable for purpose both internally and externally on deployment to the live environment. You will be also training business users in the creation of test scripts, in test execution and the use of Quality Centre for defect management.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Experience:
- Experience of trading life cycle testing for Equities, ETF, Investment Trusts & Bonds
- Experience of testing and SME knowledge of corporate action events
- Ability to work independent after initial direction and system training
- Over 4 years testing experience, preferably UAT
Desirable Skills / Qualifications :
- Wrap Platform testing experience such as Sonata or GFAS
- Understanding of operational business processes and supporting software functions required for brokerage dealing
- Experienced in the use of Quality Center & JIRA for test and defect management
- Knowledge of ISA, GIA and SIPP products
- ISTQB Foundation Test Analyst certificate held
