Oracle Database Administrator required for a long term project in Ghent Belgium.

We are looking for a resource to help support Retain and also help with the Retain upgrade/migration to Oracle 12c.

The ideal Oracle Database Administrator will speak ideally French or Dutch although this is an only English speaking project.
