My client is looking for a Infrastructure Support Engineer to join a well established financial service client based in Manila, Philippines.
I am looking for the following:
Essential
- Degree in IT related discipline
- Min. 5 years' corporate IT support experience
- Experience of managing junior members of staff.
- Demonstrable experience in performing root cause analysis.
- Demonstrable experience of providing support to internal customers following ITIL best practice support processes.
- Demonstrable experience of developing IT processes
- Demonstrable in-depth knowledge of administering and supporting Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, and NTFS security.
- Demonstrable experience of administering and supporting Microsoft Windows Server 2008 or above.
- Installing, operating and supporting customers on Microsoft Office
- Installing, operating and supporting customers on Microsoft Windows desktop platforms.
- Demonstrable experience of administering IT Infrastructure products and tools such as Microsoft Exchange, Symantec BackupExec, Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, SAN, VMWare.
- Good documentation skills
Preferable
- MCSA/MCSE
- ITIL v3 Foundation certification
- Experience in Installing and configuring office hardware, eg PCs, thin clients and multi-function printers.
