Email Campaign Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, scheduling and execution of email programs; including one-off, transnational, life cycle emails, drip campaigns within agreed timelines
- Manage execution of email campaigns end-to-end, from creative assets and audience segmentation/targeting, creative setup, testing/QA and deployment via our ESP
- Working with stakeholders to plan the campaign projects, timescales and budgets - weekly, monthly and yearly planning
- Execute on A/B and multivariate test strategies to increase engagement across retention marketing channels
- Create and update email reporting dashboards and custom reports analysing campaign performance in order to provide actionable recommendations and deliver continuous improvements to our email program
- Champion continuous advancement of our email features and capabilities including targeting, penalisation, template development in collaboration with multiple stakeholders: development teams, designers, business teams and more
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on Company's email templates, email channel best practice, process and principles, and channel capabilities
Experience Required
- Ability to manage and co-ordinate multiple campaigns whilst continuing to deliver on time and to budget
- Excellent knowledge of email best practices, methodologies, techniques, tools and passionate about delivering a high quality product Strong knowledge of HTML
- Strong written and verbal communication and problem solving skills with an impeccable eye for detail
- Strong understanding of how to effectively engage and convert email subscribers through template design and email copy
- Experience working with an Email Service Provider (ESP)
- You're adept at planning as well as executing different forms of email testing, with great attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture
- Management of cross-functional teams to deliver all aspects of the campaign, demonstrating a positive, can-do attitude
