Description
Accountabilities:
The actual accountabilities will vary depending on the skills and experience of the selected candidate, but will most likely involve a subset of the following activities:
- ITIL activities such as Incident, Problem & Change Management.
- Providing ongoing technical maintenance and support for the Spotfire application, infrastructure and its interfaces.
- Identifying, diagnosing and rectifying any number of problems affecting the Spotfire system which may emanate from software, hardware or the operating system.
- Co-ordinating and executing Spotfire infrastructure projects and initiatives by TLS & suppliers, seeing the projects through to completion.
- Specifying, implementing, installing and configuring new instances of Spotfire.
- Liaising with project managers, engineers, service providers, end users, the business and other stakeholders.
- Understanding the security threats posed to data, applications and their integrity, confidentiality & availability.
- Co-ordinating and executing reoccurring Spotfire compliancy related audits, projects and initiatives by TLS & suppliers.
