Description
McGregor Boyall's key Defence client based in Wiltshire is currently recruiting for a Business Change Manager to join them on a software delivery programme set to deliver in July 2017.
The successful applicant will be required to:
- Identify and record those aspects of the programme which affect the business
- Assess the implication of the application and develop plans to achieve a successful integration
- Work with the Project Manager to plan and manage the activities of the Roll Out Delivery team including site visits, travel, etc
- Manage the Business Risks and Issues for the Roll Out
- Implement an effective management solution for the Roll Out
- Engage with key stakeholders
- Identify and monitor the impact of this Roll Out on other major change programmes within the business
