*Senior Campaign Manager - up to £425/day - initial 6 month contract - Liverpool*
Security Clearance: Must already hold SC clearance or be willing to undergo.
We have an exciting opportunity to join one of our key clients in Liverpool who are looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to join their team. There is currently no communications resource to support change delivery.
Communications & engagement support is crucial to ensure:
a)DBS staff are able and willing to change
b)DBS customers/partners/suppliers are informed and engaged
c)BAU is not adversely impacted by change
The role will act as the single point of contact for R1 Stakeholder communications & engagement support to develop and implement a systematic approach to enable DBS to manage effectively its relationships with key stakeholders.
Key tasks include:
*Management of the internal & external stakeholder communications plan
*Delivery of all planned activities within the communications plan
Delivery of the stakeholders engagement plan
*Devising strategic stakeholder relations
*Nurturing and growing current stakeholder relations
*Event management and delivery
*Monitoring stakeholder activity
*Placing and writing engaging and strategic communications
*Performance analysis
Essential skills and experience:
*Experience in a corporate communications function.
*Qualification in communications at degree level or equivalent professional qualification
*Demonstrable experience of developing and delivering communications plans
*Broad knowledge of all aspects of communications including project delivery plans.
*Broad knowledge of all aspects of marketing, stakeholder management, internal communications, digital communications, and media management.
*Experience of leadership and transformational change
*Exceptional resilience in a very high paced and ever changing environment.
*Strategic stakeholder relations
*High level consultation with external and internal contacts
*Delivering high level events as an independent planner as well as co-facilitator
*Sourcing and identifying relevant opportunities
*Business acumen

*Desirable Experience: qualification in leadership and/or coaching
