Description
Senior Test Engineer -Dublin contract 6-12 months. My client is in need of a talented and experienced Senior tester to join them on a contract basis.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all testing is carried out to the highest standard to ensure that issues are identified.
The responsibilities of a senior tester are:
*Review functional design specifications.
*Write detailed acceptance criteria (A/C).
*Identify data requirements for testing.
*Peer review A/C from other team members.
*Ensure that A/C are QA compliant.
*Execute test criteria.
*Raise defects (SIRs) to development team.
*Support business users during business process testing (BPT).
*Document testing process.
*Supervise the work of junior testers.
Candidates will have strong SQL/Unix skills. Successful candidates will also have good experience of creating acceptance criteria using Testing Tools. Candidates will have experience in the breadth of different types of testing such as; System Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing,Disturbance Testing, Conformance Testing. You will also have Knowledge of Testing Standards and approaches.
