Description
The key factors behind our selection of a Lead Solution Architect are:
1. Has worked with a Tier 1 mobile operator, or a major BSS solution provider to a Tier 1 mobile operator.
2. Has acted as a Solution Architect with responsibility for requirements capture, solution design and implementation of a Billing and Customer Care system for a fixed/mobile operator.
3. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked on customer-facing BSS programmes rather than internal programmes.
4. Any candidate who has worked as a Solution Architect for an operator that has swapped out its Legacy Billing & Customer Care system will be strongly considered.
5. Evidence of the maturity of the candidate regarding their ability to work with challenging customers is important.
6. Pre-sales experience.
7. Must have experience working for a Teleco supplier during a BSS implementation.
