Description
Beacon Hill has an opportunity for an IT Business Analyst with our client located on the East side of Cleveland. This a long term contract (12-18 months).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 1 year experience in a dedicated Business Analyst role
- Proven ability to document and communicate business processes and requirements
- Strong computer skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective communicator with technical and non-technical communities at all level of the organization
CONSIDERED A PLUS:
- Strong understanding and ability to communicate value and practices associated with Enterprise Content Management
- Understanding of Microsoft SharePoint
- Project Management experience
- Industry standard certifications in area of Business Analysis and Enterprise Content Management
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Process and prioritize requests for new and enhanced services
- Lead discussions with requestors and document business requirements in accordance with standards
- Work with development teams to assure designs and solutions meet business requirements
