Ficosoft Developer
We seek on behalf of our client, a global banking organization a lead developer with deep product knowledge of Sanction Screening module. Consultants should be proficient with integration and development (IT Support component as well as a business understanding to be able to take the requirements and amend current/design new systems (or modifications) for optimization purposes
* Ficosoft Development/Build
* Ficosoft Migration ( form one version to another)
* Knowledge of SQL
* Knowledge of Java, Unix a plus.
The ideal candidate will also demonstrate as a lead developer strong commercial orientation, a customer facing approach, analytical reasoning, an ability to plan and delegate, decisiveness, leadership, teamwork, building and managing relationships, excellent communication skills particularly when working in virtual Matrix environment. Demonstrate drive and resilience, as well as change orientation.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to quickly gather and analysis business requirements of the task in hand, and drive a quality result first time and on time.
Delivery-focused with ability to pay attention to detail and ensure tasks are completed on time and to expectation.
Proven ability to prioritise workload effectively in line with priorities and multi-task where required.
Can do attitude - Willing to turn a hand to whatever task is required.
