Description
We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to work at our multinational client in Stockholm/Sweden.
Tasks and Deliverables

Developing the ICT technology long term strategy;
-
Developing guidelines and principles for, norms and standards, design, data and metadata structures, information flow, data management, supported technologies, programming languages and browsers, reuse-before buy-before build, acquisition and configuration management, access and rights management, decommissioning;

Reviewing the as-is enterprise architecture and identify and propose areas of improvements for ensuring interoperability, maintainability, scalability, sustainability, integrity and compatibility of information system;

Ensuring up-to-date enterprise architecture documentation and modelling, including the Software Architecture Documents;

Defining and maintaining the target enterprise architecture and the roadmaps towards its implementation;

Identifying business synergies, common goals and objectives across multiple strategic programs and support adequate architecture design opportunities;

Defining business patterns, technical meta data and data models in compliance with business needs;

Performing regular technology watch and communication on industry trends including on the use of IT in comparable organizations; define opportunities to take advantage of emerging technologies and industry best practices;

Coordinating the ICT Architecture team formed by solution and system architects seated in the ICT-Unit;
-
Organising the strategic Enterprise Architecture Board that supports the high level enterprise architecture strategies, policies and design; provide advice and guidance for decision making;
Education and experience
-
University degree with minimum 10 years experience in IT

Strong experience in IT Enterprise architecture

Strong experience in analysis and documentation of complex business structure and processes;

Experience in documenting, introducing and monitoring policies, standards and technical roadmaps on the enterprise level;
-
Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application, and systems engineering;
-
Experience and ability to adapt communication to different stakeholders and negotiation skills.

Experience in IT governance and project management.

Experience and knowledge on long term strategy models and hands on implementation

Experience in creation and execution of the technical watch function
Competences and skills
-
TOGAF expert with 10 year experience ideally certified,
-
Excellent oral and written and charismatic communicator in English;

Training and coaching competencies and skills
The following competences and skills are an advantage
-
Good knowledge of the CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration)

Project Management methodologies (like PRINCE2, Agile project management);

Project Management tools (Microsoft Project);
Candidates must have a passport of an EU member state or a valid work permit for Sweden
