Job description:
Development tasks are related to customer life cycle treatments and for harmonizing marketing processes. You have strong hands-on experience with SAS Business Intelligence and Analytics tools, such as SAS management Console, Customer Intelligence Studio, Enterprise Guide and Data Integration Studio.
Your work will have great impact on many development initiatives. Your tasks will consist of automating retention treatments for consumer customers, merging and harmonizing CI Studio environments and models, data validation and verification, to name a few. Your background is technical, but you are able see the context as well.
Required skills:
- Experience in SAS Marketing Automation technical development
- Experience in database development (5 years +)
- Strong hands-on experience in SAS BI and Analytics tools, such as SAS Management Console, Customer Intelligence Studio, Enterprise Guide and Data Integration
Studio
- Knowledge in SQL, Datamodelling and ETL
- Aptitude for testing and documentation
- Experience in customer relationship management systems and campaign management in B2C business
- Develop test data and analyse problems in programs
- Recognize the critical elements of complex application problems, develop and evaluate data, determine solutions, and make logical recommendations
- Write clear and logical reports, program documentation, and instructions
- Learn and apply new concepts in information technology
- Learn the characteristics of new systems and update skills to adapt to changing technology
