McAfee ePO Administrator: Agent, VirusScan, Endpoint, Windows

My client, a world renowned global organisation based in Prague is seeking a Network Systems Analyst with an outstanding technical knowledge of McAfee ePo, VirusScan and AntiVirus knowledge. The successful candidate will have the ability to support/troubleshoot issues within a McAfee ePO 4.5 5.1 or later ePO console.

Duties:
Managing the rollout of software in a large environment.
Supporting projects that involve McAfee ePO environment or McAfee software.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues that occur with McAfee software.
Handling and eliminating threats that are identified in our environment.
Performing administration tasks in McAfee ePO console.

Skills:
* Proven ability to manage a large environment within a McAfee ePO 5.1 or later.
* 2-3 years of experience working with and troubleshooting the following McAfee products
o Agent (5.x or later)
o VirusScan (8.8 or later), Endpoint Security and VirusScan for Storage (1.1 or later)
o Host Intrusion Prevention System (HIPS)
o Endpoint protection for Mac
o Management for Optimized Virtual Environments (MOVE)
o Data Loss Protection (DLP)
o Device Control
o Application Control and Change Control/File Integrity Monitoring
o Advanced Threat Defense (ATD)
o Threat Intelligence Exchange (TIE) and Global Threat Intelligence (GTI)
* Ability isolate, contain and remediate threats identified in the environment
* Experience with McAfee query tools and ability effectively analyze query results
* Experience with Wintel operations and following operating systems
o Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows server
* Good troubleshooting skills for the various Windows Operating systems
* Basic Microsoft SQL Server experience
o Ability to create and run queries in SQL Studio
o Ability to create SQL Views for the ePO database
* Familiar with Mac operating systems
* Good documentation skills including the ability to create technical documentation.
* Proven ability to follow work instructions and Standard Operating Policies
* Basic Microsoft Office skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Understanding of Compliance, GxP and SOX
* Knowledge of change control processes and how they work
* Past experience providing customer support in Enterprise environment
* Use of support ticketing tools such as Remedy
* Familiar with the ITIL processes
* Ability to work flexible hours
