We are looking for a Client Delivery Manager

Description:
Must have managed project in Airline domain for 2 or more years
Should be fluent in Spanish and English
Strong Customer communications and stake holder management skills. S/He will be the primary interface for all customer issues
Should have Lead Customer Project Status Reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
Strong Project management skills. Prince2, PMP certified preferred
Exposure the Application Support and SLA management with ITIL framework
Take initiative and share alternative solutions with peers and management
Exceptional documentation and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, multi-cultural, customer-oriented environment
Must have managed Application Support Project and lead a team of 25 or more members
Experience leading technical/application support teams
Experience in defining and documenting SLA's and OLA's
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and experience of developing and implementing ITIL best practices with measurable results
Experience of service improvement, with the ability to improve and implement any enhancements.
The ability to identify and understand complex issues and inter relationships to draw sound conclusions.
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Architecting Large business solutions in conformance with popular Architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman
Define Architecture Strategy including Current state and Target state architecture roadmaps and it's Implementation. Ability to continuously evaluate new technology trends and tools and assess alignment with IT Vision and roadmap, constantly striving towards best in class
Evaluate and select appropriate technology frameworks and tools and ensure their alignment with best practices and industry standards. Communicate architecture design principles (such as Service Oriented Architecture SOA) to the implementation team
Architecture Design Skills - Business Modeling, Business Process Design, Role Design, Data Design, Application Design, System Integration, IT Industry Standards, Service Design, Architecture Principles, Arch views and view point designs, Arch Building Block Design, Solution Modeling, Benefit Analysis, System Behavior, Technical Requirements Design like Scalability, Performance, Security, Authorization, Authentication, Enterprise Integration both at Business Layer Integration and Data Layer Integration etc.
IT General Knowledge Skills - IT Application Development Methodologies and Tools, Programming Knowledge, Integrating Applications, Provider and Consuming Applications Architecture, Storage management, Network Management, Component Based Architecture, Asset management, Service Level Agreements, Components Of the Shelf, Migration Planning, Utilities and Management, Infrastructure, etc.
Translate business requirements and product vision into application architecture and create Prototype solutions. Contribute to the overall alignment of IT infrastructure and application delivery to the needs of the business
Ensure interoperability between various technologies implemented and provide seamless integration between components and services
