1st Line Service Desk Analyst - Bi Lingual German/English

Exciting opportunity for an IT Support Analyst who is fluent in both German and English, to join the busy Bi- Lingual Service Desk team based in Ricksmanworth.

Our client, a leading international vehicle manufacturing company are looking for strong IT Support Agents with excellent German communication skills, to join their successful team.

*Service Desk experience isn't essential for this role however you must have worked in a call centre environment, and have good IT knowledge*

Duties include but not limited too -
* Working within the busy Service Desk
* Recording and monitoring the progress of incidents according to agreed service levels
* Provide initial assessment of all incidents/requests, attempt to resolve or refer to other support areas.
* Maintain high level of first time fix rate, always hitting set KPI's.

To be considered for this role candidates must have-
* 1st Line Service Desk experience OR call centre experience.
* Fluent in German - this is essential!
* Good IT Knowledge - Degree is highly desirable!
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to handle 30-40 calls a day.
