Service Delivery Manager needed for very large programme of work that will change the way of working in this organisation. You will ensure service delivery adheres to the appropriate standards.
You need experience of
Understanding of Service Operation principles
Experienced in design of ITIL Processes
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Working knowledge of SharePoint
Evaluating existing functional responsibilities, processes, stakeholders, toolset configuration and skill sets
Gap analysis between current evaluation and future operating model, ensuring all gaps relating to processes are captured
Determining toolset configuration requirements
Ensuring that policies are fit for purpose
ITIL Certification is essential.
