Description
My client is facing major challenges in the coming year and will be to migrate the software of the DWH from Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) towards Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). This migration will be followed by a full redesign of our presentation layer in order to facilitate future reporting processes.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating an Impact Assessment for each new change
- Responsible for developing new ETL software in ODI based on the functional analysis
- Responsible for testing the new ETL software in ODI and supporting Business Users during their User Acceptance Testing
- Responsible for creating and maintaining new reports in SAP Business Objects
- Responsible for documenting the changes and following the governance
- Responsible for the follow-up of the day-to-day business runs and investigating incidents
- Responsible for preparing the new software for the release manager in order to promote this software to Production
Knowledge and experience
- Previous experience within Business Intelligence is a must
- Experience with the chosen tools (Oracle Data Integrator & SAP Business Objects) are necessary. Knowledge of Oracle Warehouse Builder is optional.
- Experience within the Insurance sector is considered a positive point, but not required.

Contract Terms:
