IT Security Linux Engineer
Our client is currently looking for an IT Security Linux Engineer to be based in Luxembourg on a contract basis.
IT Security Linux Engineer
Tasks:
- assist in deployment and perform operational activities in order to
- maintain our Managed File Transfer platforms in accordance with the
- relevant security policies, standards and procedures
- identify area of improvement and propose enhancements to existing
- environments
- participate in the implementation and deployment of the new security
- solutions and processes
- maintain a high level of procedural documentation in with the
- international standards of Quality Management.
Required skills:
- ability to work in a customer-facing role
- attention to detail
- service orientated attitude
- fluency in written and spoken English; French or German would be a
- distinct advantage
- a good experience on Linux (mainly RedHat) and Scripting languages
- (eg Ksh, Bash, Perl) is MANDATORY
- experience on Managed File Transfer platforms (such SecureTransport
- from Axway) or similar products would be a plus point
