Summary of Department Focus:Quality Engineering & Assurance group partners with clients to bolster development initiatives, providing reliable support across a range of hardware and software, testing infrastructure, and testing products that ensure test coverage and drive product quality.
Summary of Job Purpose:
OAT Test Manager will be responsible for setting up OAT Engagement, Governance, Estimation and E2E Process framework in client organization which will be followed for all projects by their infrastructure, application development and application maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities:% of time
•Setting up of Process framework to engage with OAT team for all projects20%
•Setting up of assessment framework of activities which will be covered under OAT20%
•Working on immediate roadmap of projects and flag projects which might require OAT30%
•Setting up of estimation model for delivering OAT10%
•Setting up of Governance model for OAT and how this will embed into overall Quality Assurance cycle.20%

•Good Stakeholder management skills
•Excellent Communication skills
•Good experience in operating in multi-vendor, multi workstream (design, build, infrastructure, application maintenance etc. space) model
•Ability to set up process frameworks and build team for OAT capability
Experience:
•Should have good experience in managing, assessing and delivering OAT phase for clients
•Good management experience within Software test Lifecycle
