Description
On our way to transfer people oriented business into managed service we are looking for Service Designer(s) (m/f) with a profound technical background and proactive communication skills. Our customer is a well-known brand in the ITC sector with a wide range of local markets around the globe. Service locations are in the Duesseldorf, London and Milan area.Your tasks:
- Integration & Solution Designs incl. Infrastructure, DC Networks, Security and Applications where applicable for local markets and group functions
- End to End Strategy and design for data centre integration and operation for Consumer, Enterprise and Payment Products for local markets, group functions and external customers
- Technology demand management, assessment & feasibility from all parts of group technology local markets
- Support continuous service improvement of technical strategies and concepts
Your skills
- Sound IT Infrastructure, IP-network, transport layer knowhow
- Experience and knowledge of mobile Internet communication, protocols, infrastructure, applications, services and integrations
- Proven track record in managing complex technology based on ITIL best practice processes
- Virtualization- and cloud-technologies would be a plus definitely
- Ability to understand and evaluate:
- Web and mobile service technologies (preferred)
- Operating systems (eg Linux, Windows)
- Database technology (Oracle DB, Microsoft SQL server)
- TCP/IP networks and Cloud
- Experience and background in a complex business environment and working in multicultural teams with a strong focus on proactive customer interaction and supplier management
- Business English mandatory (technical and conversation level). German and Italian language skills would be a plus definitely
