Description

A high profile global retail brand (Fashion) is urgently seeking an Interim Online Marketing Manager to identify, drive and deliver effective marketing campaigns to acquire and retain customers and further contribute to their incredible revenue and profit growth.

This is a key hire for the business and an integral role in the eCommerce team. As Interim Online Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Online customer acquisition and retention. Including responsibility for the day-to-day management of online marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, affiliates, retargeting and strategic partnerships) and the online customer database to deliver continuous optimisation & growth.
  • Selection and management of marketing agencies to drive profitable sales from our digital channels.
  • Working closely with Core Brand & Marketing partners to ensure a consistent multichannel approach to all activity. Including, but not limited to, working closely with the Brand Creative, Loyalty, Social Media, PR and Digital Media teams that sit within the Core Brand & Marketing function.
  • Managing a marketing budget of £2M.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a market leading retail business with significant E-commerce operations, fashion background ideal but not mandatory
  • People, budget and marketing campaign management
  • Solid experience in all digital marketing channels - PPC, SEO, Social, Affiliate marketing, email, channel marketing, mobile, display
  • In depth knowledge of web analytic tools and techniques
  • Track record in creating and delivering online marketing programmes that increase revenue and generate customer acquisition, conversion and retention
  • Proven success in initiatives utilising search engine marketing, optimisation and social media
  • Can demonstrate solid understanding and experience of driving eCRM, both strategically and operationally.
  • Strong data analysis skills and management level reporting skills
  • Experience in managing third party agencies to deliver results
