Operations Manager, with strong experience, is now required to join our client in Zwevegem, Belgium
Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of Active Directory Structure and Services
- Extensive knowledge on AD based Domain environment on Windows 2008 & 2012 platforms.
- Hand on Experience with good conceptual knowledge of AD Disaster Recovery.
- Hands on experience and good conceptual knowledge about AD Backup and Restoration scenarios.
- Good knowledge about Scripting/Windows PowerShell Scripting/VB Scripting.
- Sound knowledge about Group Policy management. Preference will be given to the candidate having hands on experience on AGPM (Advance Group Policy Management).
- Sound knowledge and hands on experience on Windows DNS Structure including AD Integrated DNS Management, Public DNS Management, Forward and Reverse Zone Management, DNS Restore, query troubleshooting
- Sound knowledge of DHCP like Scope creation, Inbuilt and ad-hoc Scope options additions, DHCP High Availability, DHCP Backup and Restore in 2008 R2 & 2012 R2.
- Good knowledge and understanding of WINS.
- Sound Knowledge of Active Directory Delegation Model.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Active Directory Replication in Intersite and Intrasite environment.
- Sound knowledge of Active Directory Monitoring.
- Sound Knowledge of Active Management tools like ADUC, GPMC, DCDIAG, LDIFDE, NLTEST etc..
- Sound Knowledge of Network Management tools like ICMP, NETDIAG, TELNET, PortQuery, NetStat, NBTSTAT
- Good understanding of Logs and events analysis related to Active Directory, DNS & DHCP to prepare RCA in case of High Priority issues.
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
Please note, candidates may be required to work evenings and/or weekends and travel to other locations in Belgium on occasion
