Description
Scrum Master/Agile Coach sought by a leading Blue Chip Financial Services organisation based in Cape Town as part of a wider Digital portfolio including a CRM delivery.
To be eligible for this role you must have the following experience:
- Understanding of Agile principles (TDD, BDD, Kanban, Lean, XP)
- Using Agile planning tools
- Managing Senior Stakeholder relationships
- Support the day to day running of the Agile teams
- Managing and delivering projects in an Agile environment
- Prevent the team from distractions ensuring that blockers are removed
- Building new Scrum Teams
- Work with the Product Owner to prioritise the Product Backlog and create the roadmap
- Dealing with the team when there are planning and delivery issues
- Supporting and coaching junior Scrum Masters
- Ensuring effective sprint and high level planning for the Scrum Team
- Ability to address issues within the Scrum Team and handle effectively
- Ideally CRM implementation experience - specially Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
- Financial Services/Banking industry experience preferred
