Enterprise Architect
Our Stockholm client is seeking an Enterprise Architect with expertise in IT Enterprise Architecture analysis of complex business structure and processes, comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application, and systems engineering.
You will be an experienced IT Enterprise Architecture with:
- IT strategy management framework and IT strategy development;
- Defining and implementing an EA practice in an organisation previously lacking one;
- EA transformation projects based on the TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM) or equivalent;
- Experience in documenting, introducing and monitoring strategies, policies, standards and technical roadmaps on the enterprise level;
- Communication and motivation.
- Experience and ability to adapt communication to different stakeholders.
- Negotiation skills.

The role will involve:
- Represent the ICT-Unit in setting up the EA practice
- Support coordination of the IT Architecture team formed by solution and system architects
- Support the development of the IT strategy management framework and the IT strategy (ongoing activity)
- Developing guidelines and principles for, norms and standards, design, data and metadata structures, information flow, supported technologies, programming languages and browsers, reduce before-reuse before-buy before-build, acquisition and configuration management, access and rights management, decommissioning;
- Reviewing the as-is enterprise architecture and identify and propose areas of improvements for ensuring interoperability, maintainability, scalability, sustainability, integrity and compatibility of information system;
- Defining and maintaining the target enterprise architecture and the roadmaps towards its implementation;
- Identifying business synergies, common goals and objectives across multiple strategic programs and support adequate architecture design opportunities;
- Defining business patterns, technical metadata and data models in compliance with business needs;
- As a result of the technology watch function, define opportunities of emerging technologies and industry best practices and draft IT strategies accordingly.
