Description

An administrator is required to support the Resource Management team. The work will involve administering permanent and subcontractor resourcing through Company systems. A significant part of the task would be associated with distribution of CVs and making arrangements for related interviews with hiring managers. The progress through each stage of the process would then be reported through regular updates within Workspace using spreadsheets that report progress to the management.

The candidate should have:

  • Microsoft office skills particularly Excel and Word at Intermediate level and experience of working within a Microsoft Sharepoint environment would be advantageous.
  • Good interpersonal skills are required as the successful candidate will be working with Recruitment Agency staff, Senior Managers and Engineering Staff across multiple sites predominantly in a telephone environment.
  • Experience of working in a technical environment such as Information Technology or System Engineering. (desirable but not essential)
