Description
Senior Business Analyst to anticipate in the whole life cycle of Business Support Solutions delivery; from business problem identification to research and from design to delivery.
Your goal will be to make sure that solution requirements balance expectations from both the business and IT perspectives. You will work as a team member alongside Enterprise Architects, Project Managers, UX Designers, Software Architects, Programmers and QA Specialists. With the customer solution in mind, your job is all about listening, eliciting, researching, creating and communicating.
We are looking for
- Strategic and system thinking
- Ability to adapt to different kind of project models and learn a new domain
- A good understanding of the business requirements, both functional and non-functional, and an organized, analytical approach to problem-solving
- A broad technical knowledge, as well as deep understanding of business processes, data models and enterprise architecture
- A desire and ability to make sense of complex issues and to clearly communicate ideas to customers, executive staff, business sponsors and technical resources
- Experience in supporting multiple projects going through the software development process and systems development life cycles
- Telco/CSP business domain knowledge is of benefit
- Fluent English, other languages are an advantage eg Finnish, Russian and Spanish
