Description

DevOps Engineer (Docker & Kubernetes) - Sheffield - 12 months contract - £500-£600 per day
A Senior DevOps Engineer with solid Docker and Kubernetes skills is required to support a large production platform for a Central Government Organisation based in Yorkshire.
The DevOps Engineer will work on the following tools/technolgies:
- Linux Automation, Docker (in production), Kubernetes, Mesos, Swarm, Openstack 3 or Marathon
- CoreOS/RancherOS or container based OS
- Understanding of service discovery (Consul, Kubernetes, Etcd, Flannel, Fleet)
- HIDS, NIDS, Security hardening
- Jenkins CI/Automation Engineering
- Network protocols TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL
- MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis
- Ruby/Node.JS/Java/Go (golang) JVM language
