Senior Infrastructure Mac Analyst-3 Months-LondonExciting opportunity for a Senior Infrastructure Mac Analyst to join a team at an award winning international branding company.
The chosen Senior Infrastructure Mac Analyst will support and enhance the creative software estate to guarantee efficiency and practical availability. Day to day, the Senior Infrastructure Mac Analyst will support and maintain mobile device infrastructure and services and help to deliver project tasks. The Senior Infrastructure Mac Analyst will report in to the Lead Analyst.
The successful Senior Infrastructure Mac Analyst MUST have a knowledge, understanding and practical application of:
*Excellent understanding and experience of using Casper
*Excellent Mac OSX knowledge Excellent understanding of iOS and Android devices
*Knowledge of and ability to script in Bash and Applescript
*Experience of integrating Apple Mac devices into a Windows landscape
*Experience using Box, Portfolio & Sedna Presenter is an advantage
*Good understanding of Adobe Creative applications
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook & Lync/Skype for Business, for both Mac and Windows
*Understanding of Font Management software
*Understanding of MDM/EMM systems
*Understanding of LAN/WAN environments using TCP/IP
*Understanding of Active Directory, DNS & DHCP
*Working knowledge of Windows server and client platforms
*Experience working in a design, marketing or creative environment and an understanding of the culture, needs and tools is a distinct advantage
*Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external teams and clients
*Ability to recognise and communicate global implications of changes
*A sound understanding of great customer service
*Needs to hold a clean driving licence
*Needs to be comfortable to travel/fly to international sites if required
