SAP Basis Consultant
For one of our leading tech clients we're urgently looking for a SAP Basis Consultant for a long contract in Italy, ideally you'll be fluent in Italian
The successful SAP Basis Consultant will have 5+ years experience and be able to fulfil the following expectations of our client:
Maintain effective system maintenance procedures to ensure smooth, uninterrupted system operation.SAP problem determination and troubleshooting skills.Perform SAP maintenance (support package application, Kernel and SAP release upgrades both ABAP and Java Based Netweaver systems).Develop and implement system copies and data refreshes as required to support SAP project team needs.Install, configure, and administrate SAP software for all Release environments.Install and maintain SAP Plug-ins and Industry Solution add-on components.Background job configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.Perform SAP release upgrades.Configure SAP printers and maintain spool system.Troubleshoot/debug system errors and ABAP short dumps.Administrate/troubleshoot SAP logs, file usage, jobs, locks, and updatesWork with SAP Support organization in the investigation and resolution of incidents..System capacity sizing.Work with onshore and off shore basis resources.Partner with functional area(s) to understand business problem/challenge.Devise solutions to solve and/or improve defined situation.Location: Milan, Italy.
Contract: 12months +
