Job Description:-
1. Maintain effective system maintenance procedures to ensure smooth, uninterrupted system operation.
2. SAP problem determination and troubleshooting skills.
3. Perform SAP maintenance (support package application, Kernel and SAP release upgrades both ABAP and Java Based Netweaver systems).
4. Develop and implement system copies and data refreshes as required to support SAP project team needs.
5. Install, configure, and administrate SAP software for all Release environments.
6. Install and maintain SAP Plug-ins and Industry Solution add-on components.
7. Background job configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
8. Perform SAP release upgrades.
9. Configure SAP printers and maintain spool system.
10. Troubleshoot/debug system errors and ABAP short dumps.
11. Administrate/troubleshoot SAP logs, file usage, jobs, locks, and updates
12. Work with SAP Support organization in the investigation and resolution of incidents.
13. .System capacity sizing.
14. Work with onshore and off shore basis resources.
15. Partner with functional area(s) to understand business problem/challenge.
16. Devise solutions to solve and/or improve defined situation.
