Tangent International are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work a 3 month extendable contract for a British multinational infrastructure group. They are in receipt of a large quantity of change which is diverting our resource and not allowing them to concentrate on our core programme activities.Ideal Start Date: ASAP
Duration/End Date: 12 weeks from commencement
Essential Criteria (SQS) Work under own initiative with minimal supervision.
Ideal Background Main Contracting Building
Qualifications BSc Hons QS (min) or studying towards
PTS Required? No
Non CIS/CIS (Construction Industry Scheme)? N/A
Day to Day Duties:
Preparation of Internal Valuations
Preparation of External Milestone Applications
Collation of Collateral Warranties (BB & S/C plus receipt of Designer Warranties)
Notices to S/C and Consultants
Notices to Client
Completion of PCG's & Bonds
