Our client in North Wales, PA is looking for a meeting coordinator for a long-term contract role.

They will:

  • Coordinate Premium managed calls/Events
  • Qualify Internal/External Rooms for premium events
  • Coordinate Remediation projects
  • Manage projects on the Audio Visual level. Conference Room Mediations.
  • Ensure the information is flowing as expected and the projects are staying on time
  • Multi-tasking is required - Multiple rooms at a time
  • Coordinating the set up with the Vendor, making sure the customer is comfortable with the setup, expectation levels - follow up/escalation points, VP interaction, Premium events, VIP Customer Service

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years in planning
  • Experience with corporate project coordination
  • Ability to coordinate and complete projects with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to communicate well with VIP clients
  • Must be comforatble working with IT Vendors
  • Ability to travel locally 25%

This role's shift is 8AM - 4:30PM
