Client/Relationship Development Manager
Overview:
This is an opportunity to join a successful, fast-growing and influential team that is responsible for the retention, management and growth of the current portfolio of large enterprise clients.
Particular focus will be placed on building and maintaining long-term relationships with the portfolio of clients and managing programs of initiatives that will drive enhanced experience across all channels.
Core responsibilities:
- Ownership of the end-to-end strategic relationships with a portfolio of key large enterprise clients.
- Building relationships with senior partner management ('C' level) to engender trust, confidence, loyalty, awareness and mutual value.
- Ownership of the commercial relationship with the client and negotiation of pricing and contractual terms as appropriate.
- Creation and ownership of strategic account plans for the portfolio and leading the cross-functional account team on specific targeted value-driving initiatives.
- Resolving any issues that threaten the health of business relationships and combat competitive threats to the relationship.
Education required:
Degree.
Experience required:
- Work experience as a Senior Relationship Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Manager or Sales Manager, selling and delivering complex solutions into large enterprise/multinational organisations.
- Experience within any of the following sectors; E-commerce, Retail, Technology, Mobile, Payments, Social Media, E-commerce or Communications.
- Must have experience dealing with senior/C-level management at large organisations
- Excellent commercial awareness
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
