Description
Responsibilities:
Act as technical expert & authority for assigned applications or projects
Contribute in designing reliable solutions in terms of technical dimensions
Provide level 3 support & expertise for any technical issues
Ensure performance testing and secured go-lives with the relevant teams
Proactively handle impacts of technical changes or upgrades on systems
Work in close relationship with both local and distributed teams
Competencies:
Proactive team player with good problem analysis and resolution skills
Experience in Middle Office solutions
Provide level 3 support & expertise for any technical issues
Rigorous, and both business and technical-oriented
Work independently and well perform under pressure
3 to 5 years in software architecture and application design, ideally in staffing industry and with distributed environments (web-based applications, Citrix's farms, )
Education: computer science
Operational skills in database design and application fine-tuning are required
Good command of English and French
