Windows 3rd Level Support, Alicante, Spain
We require a 3rd level support technician for Windows and PC support with 3 years' experience for our client in Alicante, to work in Operations. Great location in sunny Spain in an International English language environment. Long term opportunity: 6 months initial contract renewable 1 year. On-call: Occasionally required.
THE ROLE
3rd level support with:
MANDATORY SKILLS
- Microsoft: Windows Server and Active Directory, 3 years
- PC maintenance and repairs, 1 year
- Good English
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- Windows Client, 1 year
- Tool: Remedy, 1 year
- Mobileiron (MDM Mobile Data Management), 1 year
REQUIRED:
- You will need to provide a Laptop
LANGUAGES
- English mandatory: intermediate 2, level B2 of the CEF (Common European Framework).
