The Village.fm team is looking for a talented developer to join our current developer & team of 2 technical advisors in building the next & future versions of our music sharing platform. The website is a web application built entirely in Meteor. Our advisory team includes former employees of Apple, Beats Music, & Nerdwallet and are gearing up for a fundraising round.Looking for developers who:
-Developing FullStack Meteor Applciations
-Integration with 3rd Party Music Streaming API's (Youtube, Soundcloud, Spotify, etc..)
+Converting PSD's to HTML/CSS/Blaze Templates
-Deployment & Hosting Platforms (AWS, Modulus, Docker, Digital Ocean etc..)
-MIxPanel & other Analytics platforms
-Have a Passion for Music, Media, or growing community platforms.
Also any Android/iOS Experience is a huge plus.
We are looking for a longterm fit to join our core Engineering team but would like to start with a series of smaller contracts in order to assess if there is a fit.. We are pre-fundraising so our scope of work will be smaller tasks likely around $50-$100 each before negotiating larger contract.
