Exciting opportunity for an experienced French speaking CRM Solution Architect (MS Dynamics CRM) to join a world leading telecoms vendor on a long-term project in Paris .
The Solution Architect ensures the completeness, comprehensive and persistence of the CRM solution and the coverage of the customer needs in compliance with the client's engagement.
Assignment
- Lead the user requirement workshops
- Gathers customer requirements, analyses the optimal solution to answer the requirements, in relation with the Overall Lead Architect
- High level design, application architecture and technical architecture design
- Lead the design team
- Guide and drive the technical design and implementation in coordination with centres around the world
- Contribute to test strategy definitions
- Drives coordination with the migration team
- May contribute to end user training
- Reports to the CRM CPM, and to the Overall Lead Architect
- Ensures that contractual planning and estimations are respected for the activities in his scope
- The SA may be in contact with his counterparts at the customer's, such as the Key business users, IT responsibles, operations responsibles.
- Trips to the Asia Pacific offices (several weeks) are expected during the mission
Expected skills
- Strong knowledge of CRM features (preferably MS Dynamics) and Telecommunication business lines.
- 5 to 10 years of experience as an SA in CRM (preferably MS Dynamics) for Telecommunications
- Rigor, analytical mind, listening skills, organized and synthetic reporting skills, good understanding of professional services project principles
- Great listening skills and ability to translate requirements into solutions
French and English are mandatory. The customer is French, meetings, workshops and external documentation will be in French.
